Shipping

Fresh mochi is shipped all together every Friday. Orders confirmed by noon on Wednesday will be shipped on Friday of that week (orders placed after that will be shipped on Friday of the following week). We will notify you of the tracking number (waybill number) by email when your order is shipped. After shipping, you can specify or change the delivery date, time, and pick-up location yourself through Yamato Transport's service.

Order Confirmation

・Credit Card: When payment authorization is completed at the time of order
・atone (Postpaid): When completion of the usage review is confirmed
Orders are confirmed upon the above conditions and become eligible for the shipping schedule.

About Frozen and Refrigerated Shipping

Cool delivery (frozen or refrigerated) requires in-person receipt only. Refrigerated items have a short shelf life, so please receive them without delay from the scheduled delivery date. Refrigerated delivery is not available for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands.
